Most influential list
The HR magazine most thinkers influential list is published annually and celebrates HR thinkers and practitioners within the UK and Ireland who go above and beyond the day job to innovate and advance the HR profession.
Everyone on the shortlist is nominated by their peers and the final ranking is determined by the HR magazine in collaboration with the Hult International Business School at Ashridge.
Natal would like to give a big shout out to Nebel Crowhurst, a long-time collaborator of PXO Culture and previous client who nominated Natal. Nebel herself was also recognized as a 2022 HR most influential practitioner.
