Basic Architecture HR

For a client (in 2016) we drew a basic HR architecture that is becoming very common in larger organisations. Nothing revolutionary, but it helped in the discussion about the future of HR in this organisation. Very common: HR Operations is still undervalued. High quality HR architects are scarce.

New in the updated version (2021): A separate section for “Employee Success”.
